🎨 Role Overview:

At KraftedX, Creative Directors are the single-point creative owners for the channels and clients they handle. You’ll shape what gets made, how it’s made, and how it performs. Your job is to turn strategy into stories, ideas into content, and content into consistent channel growth.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy + writing + production + leadership.

This role combines:

• Day-to-day strategy
• End-to-end content authorship (from idea to publish-ready)
• Creative production direction
• Client communication and approvals
• Performance insight and channel growth alignment

🎯 Core Responsibilities:

1. Creative Strategy & Channel Ownership

• Translate brand and business strategy into clear creative plans for your assigned channels.
• Build ideas, hooks, formats, and themes that are aligned with audience needs and performance goals.
• Maintain voice, tone, and narrative consistency across all content.
• Partner with the Lead CD on directional decisions and long-term creative vision.
