🎨 What You’ll Work On:
As a Creative Director (Copy/Scripts), you’ll take a hands-on role in shaping the voice and narrative across everything we create. You’ll own both writing and creative oversight, making sure every word carries impact and every piece of content feels sharp, fresh, and true to its context.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Write scripts, captions, hooks, nudges, and copy across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and internal IP projects.
- Adapt tone and style for multiple clients and audiences, ensuring clarity, originality, and strong resonance.
- Create creative briefs, shooting briefs, and occasionally storyboard to guide execution.
- Work closely with editors and designers to align copy with visuals, pacing, and final output.
- Run experiments on hooks, captions, formats, and CTAs to test resonance across platforms.
- Document learnings from experiments and build repeatable frameworks, caption systems, and playbooks.
- Own the voice and narrative across projects, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact.
