🚀 What You’ll Do

As a Founder’s Office Intern, you’ll be working closely with the founder across high-context, fast-moving priorities. This is a sharp, all-access role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving real problems, and wants a front-row seat to how companies scale. You’ll:

• Turn Ideas into Clear Actions – Take voice notes, thoughts, or priorities and turn them into step-by-step plans, tasks, or messages everyone can follow.
• Manage Schedule and Workday – Handle Rish’s calendar, protect his time, and ensure meetings, calls, and tasks run smoothly.
• Handle All Communication – Draft messages, reply to emails or WhatsApps, and share updates with the team and partners so nothing gets stuck.
• Be the Connection Point – Link different teams, partners, and people so work moves forward without delays.
• Find and Solve Problems Early – Spot delays or bottlenecks and fix them before they grow into bigger issues.
• Test New Tools and Improve Systems – Explore new apps and methods to help the team work faster and smarter.
• Think and Act Like a Partner – Go beyond doing tasks; give ideas, ask smart questions, and take ownership of work that makes a real impact.
