🚀 What You’ll Do:
The exact shape of the role will evolve over time, but here are some things you’ll likely find yourself working on occasionally:
- Hiring. You'll own recruitment end to end. Writing JDs, sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, coordinating interviews. This covers both Scout, our talent service, and internal hiring at KraftedX.
- Vendor management. Coordinating with freelancers, agencies, and external partners. Making sure things don't fall through the cracks between us and the people we work with.
- Partnerships, outreach, and commercial coordination. Some weeks that might mean helping manage inbound opportunities or creator partnerships. Other weeks it could mean outbound outreach, exploring potential collaborations, or helping move important conversations forward.
- Working directly with the founder. A significant chunk of your time will go towards whatever Rishabh is focused on at that point. That could be a new vertical being explored, a client situation, an internal problem that needs solving, or a decision that needs research and thinking behind it.
- Decks, pitches, research docs, systems, and context files. When we're going after something new or presenting to a client or partner, you'll likely be in the room and involved in building it. More and more of the role also involves thinking in systems: maintaining clean context, building reusable workflows, experimenting with tools like Claude Code, and figuring out where agents, sub-agents, and automation can meaningfully increase leverage across the company.
Beyond that, it opens up.
New initiatives, strategy, ops, product, something entirely new that doesn't exist yet. What you end up working on six months in will partly depend on what the company needs and partly on where your strengths take you. Some people here have gone deep on data and distribution. Others on product. Others on building internal systems from scratch.
Nothing is too small. Nothing is too big. If it needs doing, it's on the table.
