🚀 What You’ll Do

As part of the Founder’s Office, you’ll be the backbone of how KraftedX runs day-to-day, making sure both our internal company operations and client content operations run like a well-oiled machine. If you’re someone who loves creating order, spotting gaps, and making systems more efficient, this role puts you right in the middle of how work gets done.

• Internal Operations Management – Coordinate internal workflows, track priorities, and ensure smooth execution of internal projects.
• Content Distribution – Take ownership of the end-to-end content distribution process, ensuring content is published accurately, on time, and tracked for performance internally.
• Client Operations Support – Own the internal workflows that ensure client success. This includes coordinating internally to prevent delays, flagging issues early, and making sure all internal teams are aligned to meet client expectations seamlessly.
• Process Optimization – Identify inefficiencies in internal and client-related workflows, implement better systems, tools, and SOPs.
• Problem-Solving & Support – Resolve internal workflow bottlenecks and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
