🎨 What You’ll Work On:

You’ll primarily work within our GC (Growth & Content) Vertical, collaborating closely with client brands to execute high-quality visual content across social media platforms. Your role will focus on bringing brand identities to life while maintaining consistency, creativity, and attention to detail.

• Content Creatives: Design Instagram carousels, static posts, stories, reel covers, and YouTube thumbnails while maintaining visual consistency with brand guidelines.
• Brand Consistency: Work within established visual guidelines and adapt them across different formats and content styles.
• Template Creation: Design reusable templates for social media content formats (carousels, reels thumbnails, stories, static posts) to maintain consistency and scale content production across client accounts.
• Client Visual Setup: Assist in setting up foundational visual systems for new client accounts including typography selection, color palettes, and basic visual frameworks.
• Design Iteration & Optimization: Refine designs based on feedback, performance insights, and evolving brand requirements**.**

• Fundamentally Strong: You understand core design principles like typography, color theory, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Brand-Aware Designer: You can design within brand guidelines and adapt your creativity while maintaining consistency
• Creative and Artistic: You have a strong grasp of design theory, modern aesthetics, and are proficient in Adobe Suite (especially photoshop & illustrator), Figma and other relevant design software. Working Knowledge of motion graphics is a bonus!
• Iteration Friendly: You’re comfortable receiving feedback, refining your work, and improving designs through multiple iterations.
• Detail Freak: You’re the one who notices the little mistakes in a alignment, or the mismatched formatting that no one else picks up on, and you can’t help but fix it.
